This privacy policy explains what personal data the FXLwear online store at fxlwear.co (“FXLwear”, “we”) collects, why, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to change or delete it. It follows Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).

FXLwear is an independent clothing label based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are responsible for the personal data described here. For any privacy question or request, email hello@fxlwear.co.
You can create an FXLwear account or sign in with “Continue with Google”. This section describes exactly how we handle the data Google shares with us.
openid, email, and profile. From your Google Account we receive your name, email address, whether the email is verified, your profile picture URL, and a Google account identifier. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, Drive files, or any other Google data.FXLwear's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sign in with Apple works the same way: we receive only your name and email address (or Apple's private relay address) and use them as described above.
Sign in with Shop, run by Shopify, works the same way: we request only openid, email, and profile, receive your name, profile picture, email address, whether the email is verified, and a Shop account identifier, and use them as described above. We do not receive your Shop payment methods, addresses, or order history.
To take payment, ship your order, handle returns, answer questions, prevent fraud, and keep records the law requires. With your consent, we also email you about new releases; you can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell personal data.
We use cookies to keep your bag, keep you signed in, and remember which campaign or referral link brought you here for 30 days. Analytics cookies are only set in production.
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Carts from guests expire after 30 days of inactivity. Account data stays until you ask us to delete it.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fxlwear.co and we will answer within 3 x 24 hours.
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
