Paid orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 working days. Preorder items ship when they are restocked; the product page shows which pieces are preorders.
Checkout shows every option for your address, with the price and estimated delivery time, before you pay. We work with JNE, J&T, SiCepat, and AnterAja.
We email your tracking number when the parcel ships. Your order page shows it too, along with each update.
We hold your items for 60 minutes after you place an order. If payment does not arrive in that time, the order expires and the items go back on sale.
