Our High Waist Legging is cut close to the body in polyspandex double knit. It should feel snug at the waistband and smooth everywhere else, with no gathering behind the knee.
Measure your waist at its narrowest point and your hips at their fullest, then compare both with the size chart on the product page. If you sit between two sizes, choose the larger one for long sessions and the smaller one for a firmer hold.
